We know "a conversation about Jesus" can sound like a setup. It isn't. Here's exactly what you're walking into, and what you're not.

You can

  • Ask any question you've got about Jesus
  • Push back, doubt out loud, and disagree
  • Share your story, or just sit and listen
  • Bring friends who think you're crazy for coming
  • Eat your fill and leave whenever you like

You won't

  • Get preached at or lectured
  • Be put on the spot or singled out
  • Be asked for a single dollar
  • Get guilt-tripped into believing anything
  • Be judged for what you do or don't believe

No question off limits

Bring your hardest questions.

These are the kinds of things people actually bring to the table. Yours are welcome too. The harder, the better.

Is the Bible even reliable? Why does God allow suffering? Hasn't science disproved all this? What about hypocrites in the church? Who was Jesus, really? Can someone like me even belong? Isn't faith just a crutch? How could a good God send anyone to hell? What makes Jesus different from any other teacher?

This is about Jesus, not religion.

We're not recruiting you into a system or handing you a list of rules. We just think Jesus is worth knowing, and pizza makes good company while you figure out what you think of Him.

Is it actually free?
Yes. Completely. You don't pay a cent and we won't pass a basket.
Do I have to be religious?
Not at all. Plenty of people come who aren't sure what they believe. That's welcome here.
Is this a church trying to sign me up?
No. It's pizza and a real conversation about Jesus. Come once, come never again, or come back every time. Your call.
Will you preach at me or put me on the spot?
No. It's a conversation, not a sermon. Ask what you want, say what you think, disagree if you disagree, or just eat pizza and listen. Nobody gets singled out.
Can I bring people?
Please do. The more the merrier, and a friend makes it easier to walk in.
What if I have doubts or hard questions?
Even better. Those are usually the best conversations of the night.
